Biography

I am personal trainer who help clients to assess their level of physical fitness and set and reach fitness goals. I also demonstrate various exercises and help clients improve their exercise techniques. I keep records of my clients' exercise sessions to monitor the clients' progress toward physical fitness. I also advise my clients on how to modify their lifestyles outside of the gym to improve their fitness.
