Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Memberships are personal to the member and are non-transferable except on request to the Club's General Manager and on payment of an administration fee.
2. Start-up fees and Membership fees are non-refundable upon resignation or termination for any reason whatsoever.
3. The Management reserves the right to periodically review their prices, charges, and fees and implement these accordingly. VAT is applicable to all transactions as per local law.
4. Monthly subscription is payable on the 1st of every month through credit card arrangements as indicated by your signature on the Membership Application Form.
5. Failure to use the Club or non-usage of the Club's facilities does not eliminate the obligation to pay all the subscriptions on time nor grant a refund.
6. If for any reason your credit card becomes inactive, it is your responsibility to provide the Club with new credit card details immediately. For payments that default on the 1st of the month, they will be subsequently charged until the payment is collected. In such cases, access to the Club will be denied until the outstanding fees are paid. A ‘late payment fee’ of QAR 50 will be charged for all payments received after the due date.
7. The Management will cancel any membership on which fees are unpaid for three months. Thereafter, the Management also has the right to continue to attempt to charge for these dues accordingly. Legal action will be taken to recover any outstanding dues from the member. You may not rejoin any of our Clubs until the outstanding amount is paid.
8. A one-month membership cannot be frozen. The freeze period must be for a duration of not less than one month and for a maximum of three months in any 12-month period, and must run from the 1st to the end of the month. A freeze fee of QAR 50 per month will be applicable. Members cannot use the Club, its services, or facilities during this period, and a freeze cannot be used as a notice of cancellation. Membership freeze on one subscription is not permitted.
9. Members applying for 'Termination' or 'Freeze' from the Club must complete a form with the General Manager prior to the 25th of the current month, for the request to take effect the following month.
10. Termination of a membership that has been frozen shall be subject to full monthly dues for the notice period. The freeze period is excluded from the minimum term.
11. Cancellation of any upfront payment membership is not permitted and the amount paid is non-refundable.
12. All monthly paid memberships are open-ended; therefore, we will continue to deduct membership dues until a request to cancel is received from the member. Monthly memberships do not automatically cancel after the initial minimum term indicated. Such requests must be made in writing to the Club's General Manager before the 25th of the month for the next month to be considered the last month of dues. The member shall obtain a confirmation in writing from the Club that the termination has been applied.
13. Members and their guests exercise and use the facilities at their own risk and are advised to consult their physician prior to commencing any type of physical exercise.
14. Temporary lockers will be provided by the Club and must be cleared daily. Unclaimed properties will be kept by the Club for a period of one week, after which the Management reserves the right to dispose of the items in any way it sees fit. The Management does not take any responsibility for the items kept in the lockers.
15. All members must abide by the rules of the Club and adhere to the etiquette of the Club, which may be amended and/or added to from time to time at the Management's discretion. A specific childcare policy applies.
16. Leisure Unlimited LLC or its subsidiaries accept no responsibility for loss or damage to members' or their guests' properties or for death/injuries sustained whilst on the premises. Members and their guests agree that no claims will be made against the Company, Leisure Unlimited LLC, the Management, or staff for any reason whatsoever.
17. All amounts payable under this Agreement shall be exclusive of value-added tax or similar indirect tax ("VAT"). Where VAT is payable under this Agreement, the consideration for the supply of goods/services shall be increased by an amount equal to the amount of VAT, applicable at the prevailing rate at the time such supply is made. Payment of VAT, as applicable under law, is a prerequisite under this Agreement.

General VIP Upgrade Ts&Cs
- A member will enjoy VIP status providing their VIP subscription is active

Summer Starter Pack
- Pack of 3 PT sessions are open to both members and non-members of Fitness First.
- Sessions must be purchased before July 26th, 2024.
- All sessions must be redeemed and booked for dates within the month of July 2024.
- Fitness First is not responsible for any sessions that are not booked by members or non-members.
- There will be no extensions of the session validity period under any circumstances.
- All unused sessions will become invalid after July 31st, 2024.
PT Trial Session
- PT trial session is open for members only.
- Only one session per member

- Confirmation email after registering on the website must be presented at the club to redeem any offers & promotions.
- Campaign offers & promotions, including free access and guest passes, are valid only during the duration of the campaign and are considered expired once the campaign ends.
- Not tradable or redeemable for cash.

60 Days Transformation Package
- The expiry of the Transformation Package is 60 Days from start date.
- The Transformation Package is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- It cannot be mixed with any other package.
- Minimum age required to buy the package is 16 years old.
- Tabby can be used to pay for the package. As the price is higher than the limit of Tabby, payment can be split into Tabby plus card/cash.
- Membership cannot be frozen.
