Mixed Martial Art

A 45-minute boxing themed HIIT class that will challenge participants from all fitness levels. After an easy warm-up and some mobility work the class will take off with interval sets combining punching drills on the bag and bodyweight training to condition the entire body. The class will finish with some core strengthening work.
